Companies, teams, and individuals bring me in when they want to be intentional about activating daily work practices that increase thoughtfulness and create meaningful impact. I speak the language of recruiters, marketers, and event planners to provide education and practical steps for diversity and inclusion implementation.
I also wholeheartedly believe in the importance of companies investing in development programs for underrepresented employees. I give these team members and their Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) the tools and resources necessary for them to thrive in workplaces that aren’t set up for equitable success. My goal is to partner with organizations that recognize the value of diversity and want to empower underrepresented groups with the ability to overcome barriers and thrive in the workplace.
